Very functional. I use it everyday for 5-7 hours at my desk. It has helped substantially with positional fatigue. I can move around and alter my stance without losing work momentum. Great product.

This automatically activates my core when I stand on it, which is nice. I unconsciously activate it while standing on this thing, so I don't have to focus on it, unlike before when if I wanted to activate my core I would have to consciously flex the muscles while working and hold them constantly to fatigue.

How do I get started?
At first you may feel that standing on the Gymba board is distracting you from your work but your body will quickly get used to it
Make sure to increase your time on the board gradually by starting with, for example, 10 minutes per hour.

How Do I Use The Massage Balls?
Your feet carry the weight of your entire body so give them a relaxing treatment using the Gymba Massage Balls. The grey massage ball is slightly softer, and the black massage ball is harder. Start off slowly with the softer ball and increase pressure gradually.
The massage balls are removable, so you can place them on the board anywhere you wish. For a more precise massage use one ball, and if you wish to massage a larger area place two balls side-by-side. The best massage effect is obtained when using this feature without shoes on.
