Erin Litton is passionate about enhancing her clients’ lives by inspiring and challenging them to accomplish their goals. She has been coaching since 2006 and has worked with over 1000 clients. She has credentials in Lifestyle Medicine, Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Health Education. Erin is experienced in weight management, energy management, self-care, leadership training and individual coaching. She works closely with her clients to identify their goals and strengths and uses research-supported methods to develop action plans. On a personal note, she is a working mom of four kiddos and a golden doodle. Erin understands that change is hard. She believes that with her support, it is possible for you to grow in a safe and nurturing space.
